End of Programme Review of the Strengthening Foundations of Federalism in Nepal in 2025


Contracted by Adam Smith INternational, pwb Consult led a review of the Support provided by the British Government to the development of the Federal system in Nepal. with a team of 8 Specialist interviews were conducted with stakeholders at federal, provincial and local level. The review assessed the programme success, and derived recommendations for future governance programming.

Support to World Bank Projects on Solomon Islands



In 2025 PWB Consult is in charge of the Mid-Term Review of the Integrated Economic Development and Community Resilient Project after preparing the project's Project Operations Manual (POM) in 2022. In 2025 workshops were also facilitated in Honiara for the Community Access and Urban Services Enhancement Project (CAUSE) II project and the Capacity Building to Audit and Statistics after PWB Consult prepared their POMs with WB, ministries and other SI institutions.


Ukraine -Support to Municipal Development

In 2024 a review was carried out of the EU Programme: U-LEAD, which supports the municipal reform since 2015 and preparation of municipal reconstruction projects. PWB Consult also prepared a facility managed by the Danish Association of Municipalities (KL) for twinning cooperation between larger Danish and Ukrainian municipalities, which is now implemented by five Danish municipalities. and partner cities in Ukraine.
